Celebrate the holiday season with Eastern Connecticut Ballet's seafaring Nutcracker at the Garde Arts Center in New London! Children love the excitement of the opening party scene, the thrill of battle on the high seas, the journey to an enchanted seaport and the spectacular dancing from the Snowflakes to the Sugarplum Fairy. Lavish sets and costumes will transport you to 1850 New London, while music from the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra; performances by professional guest artists from major ballet companies; and more than 100 dancers entertain you in sumptuous style.

Performances are December 10 at 1:30 and 7:00 pm and December 11 at 1:30 pm.
