Volunteerism is the key to Eastern Connecticut Ballet's success. This season ECB will formalize its already extensive volunteer network to create the Eastern Connecticut Ballet Guild. Guild members work throughout the year to help the company fulfill its mission. They can be found in the wings and dressing rooms, building and sewing, raising funds and promoting the organization.
